I've changed the title back to "I Don't Understand", now that it's available again. It's more appropriate (although "I Don't Approve!" might be even better).

Somebody is visiting from the eastern time zone via their Google toolbar (or something googly). Who? Confess, or I'll have to get all researchy on you! .
I'm assuming you don't mean me, but if you did, I'm on Central Time. And I heard there's a new program called something like Snoogle and it lets you snoop around without being tracked. I've never used it, but I just heard about it. Mayhaps they're using it?
Yeah, after I posted that, I realized that you might think it referred to you, but actually I suspect I know who it is, and the title is a reference that person will recognize. Kinda letting that person (if it IS who I think it is) know that I suspect. It would have no meaning to anyone else --- except --- YOU! Oops.
(There are many anonymous browsing applications out there, some of which may or may not use Google.)
