I'm feeling pretty good now. From not walking in so long, my energy and stamina are a bit low, and my legs complain, but that should pass. My bladder aches today, and the urethra feels bruised, but the stinging on urination has been gone since Tuesday overnight, and my tummy is shrinking.
Time to pick up my life again.
