This is today's Dilbert. It struck a chord with me, and not in a good way. That guy on the right, Asok, I think? That was me in The Company. I got so sick and tired of other people getting awards for things I did.

I think most big companies are like that. The Company and Mighty Citadel were notorious for it.
This is why at TeddyJ they realize Asok fixed the html, but they send the congratulatory email praising everyone on asoks team (alphabeticallY) because someone probably helped Asok, and then theres the second email adding the person who came to them and said "You forgot me." This is why I could have gone to a pizza lunch in my honor last week. Because three other people onmy team did something.
